Welcome to Nova Scotia!  It is our pleasure to host the 19th Annual Meeting of the National Congress of Chinese Canadians in Halifax this year.  It certainly gives us a chance to showcase the best of Nova Scotia - our warm hospitality, beautiful scenery and world-renowned seafood.

To make your stay memorable and comfortable, we have selected the Holiday Inn Harbourview Hotel in Dartmouth for our upcoming event scheduled for September 24 -25.  The room rate is $102 per night (including Continental Breakfast) plus 2% levy charge and 15% HST for single or double occupancy; all rooms are non-smoking.  In accordance with past practices, attendees will be responsible for settling their own payments directly with the hotel.  However, a fee of $125.00 will be collected from individuals to cover other expenses such as meals and transportation.

 On September 25, there will be an organised tour with highlights including the Halifax Waterfront, Pier 21, Citadel Hill and Peggy’s Cove, followed by a farewell banquet in the evening. More information will be provided as the agenda for the event is established.

Please confirm your attendance before August 28 with the following information:

Complete name, as it appears on your passport

Itinerary - flight numbers, arrival and departure

Special requests - food allergies and room size if you are bringing a guest
